  • Coordinate and manage the construction, labor and materials during construction for execution, quality and compliance with the drawings and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and manage payout requests and waivers of lien.
  • Prepare and manange change orders.
  • Provide supervision for the construction project.
  • Supervise the work of Roberts Construction Group laborers, carpenters and subcontractors.
  • Issue letter of substantial completion
  • Manage the one year limited warranty.
  • Lead the weekly project site meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
