Phase I - Design Build Feasibility Study

  • Establish and Prepare the project goals, objectives, requirements with the Owners
  • Help to determine the project scope
  • Prepare the design build budget and project schedule

Phase V - Construction and Building

  • Prepare the project schedule and logistics plan
  • Prepare costs and allowances for the work
  • Materials review conference to determine material selections
  • Issue certificate of insurance to owner and collect certificates of insurance from subcontractors
  • Pre construction conference
  • Project site housekeeping
  • Coordinate and manage the construction, schedule, labor and materials during construction
  • Direct and manage the quality and compliance with the drawings and technical specifications
  • Manage payout requests and  waivers of lien
  • Provide a manager for the construction project
  • Supervise the work of Roberts Construction Group employees, laborers, carpenters and trade subcontractors  working under the RCG contract
  • Manage the limited warranty including 5 year structural
  • Weekly project progress meeting with Owners and the Roberts Design Build Team
