TINY HOUSE at Northwestern University Evanston, Illinois

The Tiny House Mission: To design and develop an off-grid “tiny house” that is a showcase for sustainable design.

Roberts Architects and Roberts Construction Group teamed up with the TINY HOUSE project that's being built by a Northwestern University student team.   Roberts is assisting with tools, design, materials and construction.

Roberts is supplying reclaimed building materials from the Evanston Rebuilding WareHouse

Roberts clients, the Pearce Family, donated to Evanston Rebuilding Warehouse 3 Pella windows and a Pella sliding glass that Roberts Construction Group replaced for them as part of the addition and remodeling project.  In the Photo Dave Roberts is handing the Pearce's the ERW Donation tax letter with Pete Wall our Production mgr holding one of the reclaimed windows.

The Pearce's are thrilled to be part of the process diverting reclaimed materials away from landfills and back into the built environment.
