Located at 1319 - 1321 Emerson St and originally designed as a School Building in July of 1897 this building has been the home of many Evanston businesses from 1897 - 2017

Architect David Roberts bought this building in 2004 and restored and renovated for Roberts Architects & Construction's offices, shop and with tenant office suites on the 2nd floor
