• Begins with the DESIGN BUILD FEASIBILITY STUDY to help you make these first  important decisions
• Our award winning architectural design team will work with you to develop the plans and budget to enhance your home
• Our project manager will lead, coordinate, schedule and supervise the work of our own team of craftsman and the trade subcontractors necessary for your projects
• With the architectural plans and specifications our team of experienced carpenters and craftsmen will construct your project
• Weekly project progress meetings with you in your home keep you informed and on top of the project progess
• Weekly project progress reports keep the project ON SCHEDULE and ON BUDGET

Architectural design and selections

Many factors will affect the final architectural design and construction cost. These factors are the existing architecture, the floor plan, the materials, the architect, the builder, but the greatest impact on the design and cost will be made by yourselves. Accurately assessing what you need and want in your project will set the stage for the preparation of a complete set of plans and specifications. We are prepared to help you through every step of the design - selection process.

Cost estimating

Your project will require design study and cost estimating to assist you in determining the final scope of the project. Our proposals are designed to give you the flexibility needed to study the design opportunities and define the construction scope and costs. You will understand the cost vs design of your project at the beginning the process so that our work can be directed towards preparing the project. We will prepare designs and cost estimates in Phase I of our services.
